Well at least saka and Jesus are out that just leaves the obligatory goal Trossard will score, hope we got a bit more support for Gomes and Andre in midfield otherwise I think Odegaard will have a field day, hopefully Cunha will put on a show for his future employer
Here’s what will happen today. With Wolves hanging on to a 0.0 on 60 minutes a helicopter piloted by Next Door Neighbours Cat will hover over Molineux. Then the bloke who looked a bit like Adolf Hitler on piano for the band Sparks will be winched down from the helicopter and land on the Wolves goal line. Complete with large piano. Thus ensuring added defensive security for the beleaguered WWFC back line. This will cause a furious reaction from Arteta who thinks it’s unfair that WWFC should have a 70’s pop icon protecting the goal line. VAR are unable to intervene as there is no rule which says " 1970’s pop bands are not allowed to play as additional defenders". The bloke from Sparks begins to play “This town ain’t big enough for the both of us” in reaction and Arteta explodes leaving the Arsenal team in shock and dismay. Thus enabling JSL to sneak an 85th minute winner. WWFC 1 Arsenal 0. After the game VP said " When I grew up as a kid I watched Top of The Pops and was a huge fan of Sparks. I will buy the bloke who looks like Hitler a pint later and may sign him up to play as sweeper against Villa". Arteta was unavailable for comment. Although Declan Rice was heard shouting " I fucking hate Sparks" in the tunnel. WWFC 1 GOONERS 0.
Well that was bloody underwhelming,Everton another win under the premier savvy Moyes,Gomes always looked like a risk after his first stupid yellow ,teams outside the top 6 can’t kick the ball away, how come we’re outnumbered in midfield by ten man arsenal,on a positive if there is one Agadododo looked solid.
We better have an ace up our sleeve in this narrowing transfer window else we’re going all status quo, down down down down
WELL I’m now convinced that our new manager is totally out of his depth as much as gary was !!
How in the world of pigs pudding couldnt he see that gomes had to be subbed my goldfish could have made that decision perhaps folks thats why he never got a premier club .
And as for bringing wang on who is patently bloody useless and then coumpounding his barmy thinking with bringing the equally useless bellegarde on that does it for me .
bollocks to the goal difference ipswich will win more games than us and we are going down .
I’m having no more to do with my beloved club until that bunch of chinese charlatans have gone and that miserable bastard shi fucks of back to china never to be seen again
Fully understand that ,and many a time I’ve said the same thing but you can’t help but peek behind the blinds, I’m afraid it’s in the blood and we will pay penance for past deeds:grin:
Hugely disappointed with today. A chance missed. Our insipid bunch of Muppets saw to that. Looked better defensively but at what cost? Going forward ? Nothing there. 15 games for VP to get the balance right. And luckily we are still in with a shout because of the ineptitude of those below us.
The highlight of the game was when the referee stopped a wolves attack so that he could help an arsenal player to get to his feet, when off the pitch and help hime back onto the pitch.
The only good thing today is with Ipswich losing as well the PPG survival line is now only 27 points. As it stands 4 wins will keep someone up. Or in Leicester case 5 wins. It’s looking like us or Ipswich. They have Southampton at home next week. It could look pretty bad for us.
Saturday 5th April. Ipswich V Wolves. I will call it now. However wins this game stays up.
Still think 4 wins and a few draws will keep us up. I know it is like pulling your own teeth out with the Wolves. But they are a terrible distraction each weekend. You wash your hands of them after yet another defeat. But you can’t quite get rid of them the next week. You are out shopping with the Mrs but all you can do is keep looking at your phone. Click on the Wolves score. What can you do ?
You could let the Mrs do the shopping on her own.
