Success by the sea?

Undefeated at the Vitality Stadium in the last four games. We have an excellent record recently at Bournemouth’s home but this Bournemouth is a different beast. Over-achievers is very much an understatement for Dorset’s finest this season and one can only applaud what they’ve achieved and how they’ve gone about it.
No team in the league can head to this part of the south coast with any confidence.

The loss of Agbadou for several weeks is massive though we did perform superbly without him against Liverpool. Strand Larson returns but probably too early for him to start.
Vítor seemed relaxed and confident in his presser so I will be too.

B’mouth 2 v 3 Wolves

Most teams have a set piece coach I wonder if Bournemouth have penalty obtaining coach, didn’t realise we had a good record there, let’s hope Bueno has learnt from Agadododo

Tough game but we need to grab some points soon. Although Leicester looked poor and lost again tonight, both Ipswich and Leicester are only one win from dumping us back in the relegation zone!

That new lad from Zimbabwe looks.promising and could be our secret weapon.

Vitor is finding out what his two predecessors could not figure out-- why don’t Wolves play well for the whole game instead of one half? Solve that and we will be far from relegation
Bournemouth 1 Wolves 2.

Half time wolves 1 up and Bournemouth 1 man down , Gomes with obligatory yellow card ,will we have learnt anything from the Arsenal game or shall we do are usual self destruct must be 50/50

Let’s hope this is , as it feels to me , the season’s defining result. It was extremely nervy but the lads held out despite this. Well done to all the players, staff and fans supporting. It would be fantastic to carry on and get something from Tuesday’s game. COYW!

Given the current PPG plus our superior goal difference it will take TEN games for Leicester or Ipswich to get above us (and we need to lose all 10). One more win for Wolves may well be enough. Of the final 12 games for Wolves , 11 are against teams who occupy places 9 to 20 the premier league. Including Leicester at home. Ipswich away. Destiny is well and truly in our hands. Wolves have a tempestuous history with extreme highs and lows but not even the most pessimistic of followers (like me):can surely see us fucking it up from here !

Famous last words my friend. But I am backing Vitor and the boys to get over the line. If you look at the ten games VP has overseen we have played 10 (in the league) including some very tough fixtures. And taken 13 points. In those early days over Xmas games came thick and fast. VP hardly had time to work with the squad. The trajectory over those ten games repeated will see us to 37 points and a comfortable survival. What could possibly go wrong :grimacing::grimacing::grimacing::+1:

We are gently easing our way into “Devon Loch” territory, people :grimacing:

Maybe Bournemouth are reflecting upon their decision to vote in favour VAR now
Given that no one can seem to agree on what constitutes a red car anymore.

After the latest round of games here is an update of how the teams will finish at game 38 based on points achieved up to and including game 26:

West Ham 43.85
Wolves. 32.15
Ipswich. 24.85
Leics. 24.85
Saints. 13.15

Wolves could be safe with 2 games to go !!

I feel we could end up with more points than that Cheesey. Injuries and referees allowing of course.

Think you are right Wolfie. I reckon 35 points. What we must do is beat the S*"t record of staying up on 34 points.I think we will.
