"Oh my hat! Oh my ears and whiskers!"

Absolutely brilliant!
A (nearly) complete performance by Wolves at last.
We really should have won by more, but three WELL deserved points against Veela.
To a man we were superb. The only negative was that we couldn’t be there because Sue’s dad passed away after Christmas and we were meeting with the celebrant to discuss the order of service for his funeral.
But celebrations are certainly in order. Leicester and Ipswich losing and us disposing of our local rivals means that the Doogooder household will flop into bed tonight with tipsy smiles on our faces.
Aston Villa, Champions’ League? You’re 'avin a larf!

We actually looked like a proper team today. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing! Well done VP. Well done Wolves. SHIT ON THE VILLA …

PPG Snapshot game 24. Significant as Wolves open up a 3 points gap on predicted 38 game finish.
Wolves 30.08
Leicester 26.92
Ipswich 25.33

Safety line 31 (rounded up). Leicester need to win 5 of the last 14. Having won 4 of 24. It’s been a good day !

This has to be our best performance of the season so far, along with the Flum massacre.
But this had a different feel to it. Rarely have I seen us press so hard or so successfully as in that scintillating first half. Time after time we forced errors and won 50/50’s through sheer hard work and determination and we were quick to break and have a go at goal. 1-0 at half time scarcely did us justice.
Second half they came at us more as was always going to happen. But our defence remained strong, got a foot in and repelled everything they could throw at us. Vítor kicked every ball on the sidelines and the fans roared their heroes on to victory. Cunha’s masterclass at the death was just icing on a very sweet cake.
Leicester and Ipswich both lost and even Plymouth beat the Tesco’s. What a day?
